Yes - employees can submit leave requests, check their balances, and managers can approve requests directly from their smartphones or tablets. The interface is fully responsive.
No. You can add employees without registering their email address. Their manager or an Administrator can create leave requests on their behalf.
Simple Leave supports all types of leave including holiday, sick leave, personal time, maternity/paternity leave, parental leave, and custom leave types. You can configure policies, accrual rules, or simply keep a count of total leave taken.
Requests are automatically routed by email to direct managers, who can approve or decline with one click. Administrators can view and manage all outstanding requests.
Most organisations are up and running within the same day. Our team provides onboarding support and can help migrate data from existing spreadsheets or other systems.
Employees can be set up with different working patterns (e.g. 5 days/week, 4 days/week, shift work) and leave requests will be calculated accordingly. The calendar and reports will also reflect these patterns.
Sensitive leave data (e.g. sickness) can be made visible to only the employee, their manager, and HR admins. Other employees will not see that data in shared areas such as the calendar.
